Fremont will begin its 16th year of hosting BSF. This year's study is the Life of Moses. This study gives us a wonderful look at the life of the greatest leader the world has ever known, Moses, and helps to understand the connection between the Old and New Testaments. Children may attend the BSF School Program (1st – 12th grades) with their parent or another adult family member. To learn more attend the BSF Introduction Class on Monday, September 8th. Fremont Physical Education

Exercising your body, mind, and spirit! This is Fremont P.E., a co-ed, one-hour mental and physical exercise program strictly for adults, built around grown-up versions of gym class staples. We will be playing many of the games you remember from P.E. class as a kid: volleyball, badminton, kickball, dodge ball, indoor soccer, ultimate Frisbee, and many more. We will play one type of game each week and rotate through different types of sports throughout the fall.

Not only will you get to run around the CLC getting your heart pumping and increasing your physical fitness, we will also take time to increase your spiritual fitness as well. Each week, we will take a time-out from the games to hear from a guest speaker or work through a bible study as a group to learn more about Christ and how to grow in our relationship with Him.

So lace up your sneakers, dust off your workout clothes and meet us on Tuesday nights in the CLC.   Presented by Matt Taylor & the Recreation Ministry Team
