Fremont cares for the whole person—body, mind and spirit. The goal of the Health Ministry is to assist church members and the community to achieve and maintain optimum health. We provide monthly blood pressure screenings, regular articles in the church newsletter about health issues, educational classes on a variety of health topics, and encouragement for caregivers.
