Fremont’s Children’s Ministry highly values children and their families while endeavoring to make our ministry one that meets their needs while always pointing them to Jesus.

The Fremont Children’s Ministry is exploding!  New elementary classrooms for Sunday School and TNT have been created and we’ve also opened a brand new room called ‘The Main Stage’, complete with a puppet and drama stage!  This is all with the goal of making Sunday School fun, safe, intimate and highly instructional where the Bible is taught, learned and applied to children’s lives in a scripturally solid relational way. 

Elementary school-aged children at Fremont find faith and friends as they participate in a variety of programs just for them!  Every Sunday of the year children can attend Sunday School at 9am or 11am, where they will learn about God in a dramatic, personal and interactive way utilizing the Promiseland curriculum. By attending the 10am Sunday School they are challenged to grow even deeper in their faith with solid Bible teaching from seasoned teachers using the Gospel Light curriculum.  Tuesday nights are explosive with Tuesday Night Together (TNT) where children enjoy upbeat music and Bible skits, rotate through fun stations and engage in small group participation where they figure out what it means to be a Christian, using the Faith Weaver Friends curriculum.

Our Pre-School is also growing!  Sunday School is provided during the 9am, 10am and 11am hours each Sunday.  During the 9am service we hope to soon split the 2’s and 3’s into their own classroom with appropriate lessons from Gospel Light!  Pre-Schoolers can also come and be part of TNT on Tuesday nights in an awesome program using Faith Weaver Friends curriculum especially for them!  In their classrooms these young people enjoy many different learning areas sized just for them from dress-up and building blocks to their all-time favorite Play-Doh at tables and chairs that are just their size!

For the Nursery we’ve grown so much that we’ve made a room specifically for infants and one for the toddlers during the 11am service.  During the 9am and 10am service they are combined.  We also have new pagers in the nursery/toddler room so that parents can be notified immediately if their little one needs them.

Finally, throughout the year the Children’s Ministry provides events designed to encourage both children and their families in their faith.  These include:  'Trunk or Treat', Christmas Eve Family Worship, an Easter Egg Hunt and more!!  We provide these opportunities for children and their families to interact with other families in the Fremont community.  During the summer months there are opportunities for the elementary and pre-school children to participate in summer camp, Music and Arts Camp, and Vacation Bible School.

WHEN: Tuesday nights 6:15-7:30pm from September to May (off during the month of December).

Your child will have a fun time while learning about God in this exciting program.  Each Tuesday night they will rotate through different stations while developing the ‘Fruit of the Spirit’ in their lives.

WE NEED YOU!!

We are growing at Fremont and due to this we’ve needed to open up new classrooms!  So, more short-term and long helpers, teachers, prep team people, puppeteers (we’ll train), and anyone handy with a guitar are needed!  We invite you to work along side of us as we minister to the children!

Please come to the Children’s Ministry office and pick up a Volunteer Application to fill out.  Then bring it back by and drop it off!  We’ll contact you shortly to see just where God would have you minister!  You can also catch Dana, Nicole, Paulanne or Sarah on Sunday mornings or Tuesday evenings as well!
