FOR: Adults and teens(with changed voice) that sing in choir or band. Soprano, Alto, Tenor and Bass

DONATION: $5-$10 Suggested donation each lab to cover materials. (Received at the door)

These two labs will focus on topics including reading a score, support & control, blending pitch & tone, diction and dynamics. We will showcase exercises to build core muscles for the support of singing. We will have a music reading session and learn a new sacred choral anthem. There will be additional support for the changing voice as well as the aging voice. This lab will make a singer more skilled and confident whether in a community concert setting, sacred choir worship band or small ensemble. The lab is recommended for any singer at any level. Both labs are unique. The first lab will include a 30 minute session with Physical Therapist, Liza Berry that focuses on core work. The second session focuses on projection, vocal control and tips to becoming a better sight-reader. Please come to both if able. Teens with changed voice through adult singers are welcome. $5-$10 minimum donation for each lab is requested to cover materials, accompanist and guest clinician. If you're a member of a choir, sing in a band or are interested in joining a choir, this lab is for you! Please register at the link below or follow QR code to registration site.
