Glorious Sounds of Christmas Concert
The ANNUAL GLORIOUS SOUNDS OF CHRISTMAS CONCERTS will be held on December 12th, 13th and 14th at the Fremont Presbyterian Church in Sacramento. This season, the spectacular concert will be performed by the eighty-voice Christmas Choir, full orchestra and the pipe organ stylings of Patricia Grimm. Director, Rachel Jackson has programmed wonderful carol settings from Gustav Holst, G.F. Handel, Barlow Bradford, Dan Forrest, John Rutter, Mack Wilberg and more. As always, a cookie reception will follow where attendees are invited to meet with performers and visit with family and friends. This is a free, ticketed event for the greater Sacramento community. Tickets are now available online. Recommended for all music lovers over the age of five years old.
4:00 pm Children and Family Service
A 40-minute service for children and families in the Sanctuary that will include familiar Christmas Carols and an interactive retelling of the story of the birth of Jesus. Suitable for all ages.
5:30 Modern Outdoor Service
A modern worship band and candlelight worship service, outdoors in the courtyard with a Christmas message of hope. The service will be moved into the Chapel if it is raining.
7:00 & 9:00 PM classic Candlelight Service
A classic candlelight service held in the Sanctuary. This worship service is a holiday favorite that celebrates the birth of the Savior, Jesus Christ.
Christmas advENture night
Begin the holy season of Advent with a time of fellowship and celebration.
Everyone is invited to enjoy dinner and make an Advent wreath for your family to take home. There will be fun activities for all ages to celebrate the season. This event is for everyone, whether you are coming with children, roommates, or on your own!
Please let us know how many people from your family will be joining us. If you invite someone from another household, be sure to sign them up on this form as your visitors.
Registration is $15 per group. This covers the cost of wreath supplies.
